We support the conditional return. This return does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified as per customer request. Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call help from the live chat, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
We believe in giving 100% customer satisfication through our quality product and service. We promise to exchange or refund on return goods apart from any artificial quality problem as following:
1. Any return will be refused because of any customs issue, such as tax, certification or other reasons.
2. Any return needs to submit within 7 working days after the order received (up to 10 working days), with the attached list of return details via email. All return will be refused for over 10 working days.
3. Any artificial broken or damaged during the delivery.

1). Please Email us to know you are returning the jewelry and offer the relevant information of the order (Order NO., register name, telephone number, and e-mail address).
Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice, note with your name, address, phone number, email address. Please be noticed that returning the products without permission will not be handled.
